Across Nevada, thousands of students have little opportunity to experience agriculture firsthand. The Nevada Ag Wagonis changing that—one mile, one classroom, and one community at a time.

As a traveling agriculture education exhibit, the Nevada Ag Wagon brings hands-on learning directly to schools, county fairs, community events, and agricultural celebrations throughout the Silver State. Through interactive exhibits and engaging activities, students discover where their food comes from, learn about Nevada agriculture, and gain a deeper appreciation for the farmers and ranchers who work every day to provide the food, fiber, and resources we all depend on.

For many children, stepping inside the Ag Wagon is their very first connection to agriculture. It’s an experience that sparks curiosity, encourages questions, and creates lasting memories that can inspire a lifelong appreciation for our agricultural industry.

Bringing Agriculture to Communities Across Nevada

Nevada is one of the largest states in the nation, and many students don’t have the opportunity to visit a farm or ranch. That’s why the Nevada Farm Bureau brings agriculture directly to them.

The Nevada Ag Wagon travels throughout the state, meeting students where they are, whether that’s at a rural school, an urban classroom, a county fair, or a community festival.

Each stop provides an opportunity for students and families to explore agriculture through hands-on experiences that make learning fun, memorable, and meaningful.
