The Nevada Farm Bureau is a grassroots, nonprofit, nonpartisan organization representing the interests of Nevada farmers and ranchers through legislative advocacy and leadership development programs. Farm Bureau is the voice of agriculture at all levels. With over 19,000 members we are Nevada’s largest general farm organization.

When you join the Nevada Farm Bureau you become a member of your county Farm Bureau. County Farm Bureau’s throughout Nevada are members of the Nevada Farm Bureau Federation. The Nevada Farm Bureau Federation is a member of the American Farm Bureau Federation.

Farm Bureau is a family organization with annual memberships. These memberships include parents and any unmarried children under the age of 21, or until 24 if they are a student in a college/ university.

Being the voice of agriculture the Nevada Farm Bureau is an advocacy organization, championing the public policy positions developed by farmer/rancher members and adopted through the annual policy development process. As a general farm organization, Farm Bureau’s focus is not commodity specific, but brings a full scope of perspective on issues impacting the whole of agriculture and rural interests.
