Nevada Farm Bureau Announces Leadership Transition

The Nevada Farm Bureau Board of Directors is pleased to announce a leadership transition that positions the organization for continued success while maintaining its strong commitment to serving Nevada agriculture.

After a lifetime of dedicated service to Farm Bureau, Doug Busselman has transitioned from his role as Executive Vice President to serve as Nevada Farm Bureau’s Director of Policy and Government Affairs.

For decades, Doug has been a trusted advocate for Nevada agriculture, building strong relationships with policymakers, representing the interests of farmers and ranchers, and helping establish Nevada Farm Bureau as a respected voice on agricultural issues. In his new role, Doug will continue leading the organization’s government affairs efforts, focusing on legislative advocacy, policy development, and representing Nevada agriculture at the local, state, and national levels.

Following a comprehensive interview process conducted during the Board of Directors’ June meeting, the Board has appointed Brittney Money as the new Executive Vice President of Nevada Farm Bureau.

Brittney has been a member of the Nevada Farm Bureau staff for nearly 10 years, serving as Communications Director. Throughout her tenure, she has worked closely with county Farm Bureaus, members, staff, and leadership while overseeing communications, membership initiatives, educational programs, and organizational operations. Her knowledge of the organization and dedication to Nevada agriculture provide a strong foundation as she assumes this leadership role.
