The Nevada Farm Bureau Women’s Leadership Committee is dedicated to strengthening agriculture by empowering women to lead, educate, advocate, and serve their communities.
Women have always played an essential role in agriculture, from managing farms and ranches to leading businesses, educating future generations, and advocating for the industry. Through the Women’s Leadership Committee, members have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while building lasting friendships and developing leadership skills.
Throughout the year, our committee promotes agriculture, supports educational initiatives, volunteers in local communities, and raises funds for programs that benefit Nevada agriculture and Farm Bureau.

For many years, Nevada Farm Bureau Women’s Leadership has proudly supported Ronald McDonald House Charities in Northern Nevada and Greater Las Vegas.
These organizations provide comfort, care, and support to families with children receiving medical treatment, helping them stay close during some of life’s most difficult moments.
Through donations and fundraising efforts, our committee is honored to give back to families throughout Nevada while continuing Farm Bureau’s tradition of service.
Our fundraising efforts help support educational programs, leadership development, scholarships, and community outreach throughout Nevada.
Each year, the Women’s Leadership Committee raffles a beautifully handcrafted quilt generously donated by talented supporters.
Proceeds from the raffle help fund Women’s Leadership programs, educational outreach, and leadership opportunities throughout the year.

One of the highlights of the Nevada Farm Bureau Annual Meeting is the Silent Auction.
